About Bahij

Bahij Khouzami —
Clinic Owner,
Clinical Director.

With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Bahij Khouzami is not a typical BCBA. He is the founder and director of his own clinic, Autism Intervention Specialists — a role that places him in full ownership of clinical standards, team culture, and client outcomes. His practice is a direct expression of his values, not a job he was hired for.

With credentials as a Licensed BCBA and International Behavior Analyst (IBA), Bahij brings both deep academic grounding and real-world leadership to every case. He earned his Master of Education in Autism / Behavior Analysis from Cambridge College in Boston, MA, and his BCBA certification while working clinically in the United States — before relocating to Dubai, where he built and now leads his own clinic. He also serves as a Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis at Greenfield University in Orlando, Florida, USA — bridging rigorous clinical practice with academic instruction.

Bahij has hands-on experience supporting children across a wide range of diagnoses: autism, ADHD, Fragile X Syndrome, Angelman Syndrome, and PFH21A — bringing a nuanced, diagnosis-informed approach that most practitioners simply don't have.

He has also trained and supervised over 300 IBT and ABAT candidates, sits on the IBAO Professional Advisory Board, and leads regional certification initiatives — cementing his place not just as a clinician, but as a leader in the field.
